Sourcing or Recruitment simply means employment and before we employ the right candidate, Reimagine Labor has its unique way of targeting quality candidates for our clients. We conduct an in-depth search for specialized positions at targeted locations and always consider quality profiles over quantity.
Fulfillment
Once candidates are verified, they are then added to the applicant pool for matching with job postings. Employers work with their dedicated WFH Relationship Manager to review the applicant pool to find the right candidates for their job postings.
Processing
